EP64: Difference Between Alone & Attachment Crying with Dr. Shannan Crawford

Did you grow up learning and hearing that it's not good to cry? Or that crying implies weakness? I want to invite you into the learning process of what it is to "attachment cry." Sometimes our crying can lean to the side of self pity, woe is me, and selfish ends. Attachment crying promotes a safe space to connect with someone else in vulnerability, thus providing intimacy, and an opportunity to move past the hurt of the current moment. We are humans. Humans cry. Let's do it right.
