It's no secret that relationships are important. They are the binding agent that sets us up for success in life and contribute to longevity, too! Often we want a "one size fits all" approach to relationships to apply across the board and make it all make sense in a neat step-by-step process. While there are amazing tools and processes out there, we understand that relationships are complex, unique, and come with their own histories, traumas, and perspectives.

This week we are leaning in to the most frequently asked questions, maybe some controversial hot topics, but all with the goal to provide avenues that guide us toward a healthy soul.

 

About Dr. Bill Senyard:
