Do you want to experience God and not just have knowledge of God? This week we have Craig Groshans from non-profit, Never Give Up. He shares with us what he has learned about God’s heart for us and the difference between punishment and discipline. We discuss the mirror that our understanding and experience of God can reflect in our own life and leadership. Are we able to extend grace and loving-kindness through presence instead a transfer of knowledge and dominance? Through experiencing God’s love for us we can step into becoming better leaders centered on meeting people where they’re at with love.
