EP16: Uprooting Anxiety (Part 2)

Amidst global uncertainty, the prevalence of anxiety has steadily increased to record highs. More and more of us are struggling with chronic anxiety, difficulty sleeping, elevated stress levels, racing thoughts, and the desire to take a break and yet the demands of life keep coming. How have you experienced anxiety and stress in recent years? How are you coping with it?
